• Computer Skill: Excel / Word / Power point / E Mail Knowledge in Auto CAD

• Experience in Glass Industry 3 to 5 years preferable
• Experience in Support Office operations PI Making, Optimization
• Coordination between Customer Plant Sales Team Should have good.
• communication skills and good convincing skills
• Should be multitasking.
• Assist and support sales back-office team in their day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams
• Support sales team in handling and documenting customer accounts
• Create sales quotation and sales order
• Execute sales order and ensure timely delivery is assured with proper follow up.

• Prioritizes work as required in order to effectively respond to client needs.
• Should understand customers needs and propose solutions that suit them.
• Follow-up on all pending matters.
• Discuss and updates the matters with the HOD as and when required.
• Ensures on-time and accurate delivery of all tasks as per PI made.
• Handle the sales enquiries effectively.
