Laboratory Support Coordinator
To organize and coordinate relevant tasks required to support the referral laboratory management team in producing high quality results and adhering to quality standards. Including but not limited to: tracking procurement documents, tracking new study awards, drafting referral lab SOW's, obtaining reporting specification and sample requirement information, assisting with queries associated with samples and/or testing performed by referral laboratories

- Travel (approximately 0%) domestic and/or international.
- Responsible for referral laboratory data entry, monitoring pending and ensuring results are processed within TAT.
- Responsible for maintaining the study setup tracker and drafting SOW's.
- Responsible for reviewing, organizing and coding referral lab invoices, ensuring accuracy of invoiced amounts and ensuring fees are appropriately billed back to sponsors.
- Assists the Referral Laboratory Management team with the procurement tracker and the Referral Laboratory master vendor list.
- Assists Referral Laboratory Management team with referral lab study setup requirements, which includes but is not limited to confirming sample and reporting requirements, determining sample shipment needs, drafting SOW's.
- Additional Administrative duties include Scheduling and taking meeting minutes, setting reminders for important dates, distribution of mail, generating and monitoring operations reports.
- Assists Referral Laboratory Management team by triaging email queries related to referral lab testing received from both internal and external parties.
- Assists Referral Laboratory Management team with related projects and processes.

- Ability to use and create spreadsheets in Excel.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills to be able to effectively communicate with internal and external teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with good organization skills and good attention to detail.
- Ability to work in conformance with standard operating procedure and conditions with a systematic approach to tasks committed to seeing things through to completion.
- Action oriented demonstrating the ability to handle large workload demands and to trouble shoot issues timely when required.
- Customer Focused - providing timely, confident, reliable and friendly service to all our internal and external customers.
- Good communication skills that allow for confident interaction with all levels in the organization.
- High School diploma or local equivalent.
- Associates Degree or local equivalent preferred.
