We are seeking a creative and driven Assistant Manager - Communications to amplify our brand and storytelling efforts. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting compelling narratives, producing engaging content, and shaping the Foundation's communication strategy to connect with a diverse audience.

• Conceptualize and execute innovative content strategies.
• Develop and edit high-quality content for blogs, websites, presentations, publications, and reports.
• Write persuasive copy for posters, flyers, and other communication materials.
• Optimize content for SEO and social media to boost engagement.
• Create impactful narratives for videos and success stories.
• Collaborate with field employees, beneficiaries, and stakeholders to document on-ground impact.
• Stay informed about emerging communication trends and implement new ideas.

What We're Looking For

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Flexibility to travel to field locations for documentation and storytelling.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mass Communication, Advertising, or Media Studies.
• A strong portfolio showcasing written works.
• Proficiency in photography and a solid foundation in design.
