In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting compelling narratives, producing engaging content, and shaping the Foundation's communication strategy to connect with a diverse audience.
Key Responsibilities- Conceptualize and execute innovative content strategies.
- Develop and edit high-quality content for blogs, websites, presentations, publications, and reports.
- Write persuasive copy for posters, flyers, and other communication materials.
- Optimize content for SEO and social media to boost engagement.
- Create impactful narratives for videos and success stories.
- Collaborate with field employees, beneficiaries, and stakeholders to document on-ground impact.
- Stay informed about emerging communication trends and implement new ideas.
What We're Looking For
Basic Qualifications- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Flexibility to travel to field locations for documentation and storytelling.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mass Communication, Advertising, or Media Studies.
- A strong portfolio showcasing written works.
- Proficiency in photography and a solid foundation in design.
