y:The Branch Manager in Retail Banking is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bank branch, ensuring that all business functions run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with bank policies and regulations. This role focuses on managing branch staff, driving sales and business growth, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and ensuring the branch meets its financial and operational target
