1. Course Delivery: Ensuring delivery of the curriculum effectively, ensuring education quality.
2. Curriculum Development: Participating in the development and enhancement of the curriculum, aligning it with industry trends and academic standards.
3. Student Evaluation: Assessing students&apos performance through assignments, projects, quizzes, and exams, and providing constructive feedback for their overall growth.
4. Mentoring and Guidance: Mentoring students in their academic and personal development, encouraging research, and guiding them in their career aspirations.
5. Academic Administration: Assisting in administrative tasks, including academic planning, scheduling, and organising academic events.
6. Collaborations: Collaborating with the IT Companies for Guest Lectures and student placement opportunities.
7. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest developments in the field of IT and integrate them into the teaching methodology.
8. Academic Support: Providing support and guidance to students.

• A Master&aposs degree or higher in Education, with a specialization in Edtech or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of designing and developing academic programs and curriculums.
• In-depth knowledge of current trends and best practices in Edtech.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring faculty members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
