The person will work on a variety of projects in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. The person will be responsible for software development activities of KPMG, India. Part of the development team, he/she will work on the full life cycle of the process, develop code and unit testing.He/she will work closely with Technical Architect, Business Analyst, user interaction designers, and other software engineers to develop new product offerings and improve existing ones. Additionally, the person will ensure that all development practices are in compliance with KPMG's best practices policies and procedures.
This role requires quick ramp up on new technologies whenever required.

Introduction
KPMG has set an ambitious multiyear vision for its Salesforce and Tableau business. The Salesforce practice is currently on a steep growth trajectory across all dimensions of the business: revenue, pipeline, headcount, certifications, projects.We are now seeking a seasoned Tableau Practice Lead with strong expertise in analytics, business intelligence, and data visualization to lead and grow our Tableau practice. The ideal candidate will have a mix of technical acumen and leadership, capable of driving largescale delivery programs, providing presales support, architecting solutions, and building a thriving Tableau practice.
This role requires a dynamic leader with excellent client management skills, the ability to engage with senior stakeholders, and a proven track record in developing cutting edge data solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Practice Leadership:
Build, lead, and scale the Tableau practice, fostering growth and innovation. Define and drive the strategy, vision, and execution plan for the Tableau service line.
Solution Architecting:
Provide technical leadership and direction for architecting Tableau based solutions. Develop frameworks, templates, and best practices to accelerate solution delivery.
Delivery Leadership:
Lead largescale Tableau delivery programs, ensuring high quality execution, meeting client expectations, and delivering business value. Oversee end to end project lifecycles, from requirement gathering to deployment.
Presales and Business Development:
Support presales activities by understanding client needs, crafting compelling solutions, and creating winning proposals. Present Tableau capabilities and solutions to prospective clients.
Client Engagement:
Act as the face of the Tableau practice to clients, demonstrating gravitas, industry knowledge, and leadership. Build and maintain strong client relationships, positioning the practice as a trusted advisor.
Team Leadership & Development:
Mentor, coach, and lead a team of Tableau consultants and developers. Develop a strong learning culture, upskilling team members, and ensuring continuous professional development.
Innovation & Best Practices:
Stay on top of Tableau's latest updates and emerging trends in data visualization and analytics. Drive innovation in service offerings and continuously improve processes and methodologies.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of total experience in analytics, with 5-7 years of hands-on Tableau experience in various capacities such as developer, architect, and practice lead.
- Proven experience in building and scaling a practice or competency.
- Strong presales experience including solution crafting, proposal writing, and client presentations.
- Handson experience with large Tableau delivery programs and solution architecting.
- Strong understanding of data visualization principles and BI best practices.
- Experience in integrating Tableau with various data sources and platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and clients.
