Role Details:

• Responsibilities:

• Mentor and train team members in Agile methodologies and Scrum best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning
• Coordinate cross-project activities, resources, and dependencies
• Monitor and report on program progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. Ensure program and project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Identify and assess risks associated with the program and develop mitigation strategies
• Oversee resource planning across multiple projects
• Ensure that resources are effectively allocated and utilized
• Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates, solicit feedback, and resolve issues
• Ability to influence, communicate effective plans, and build trust among crossfunctional engineering teams and leaders
• Prepare and deliver presentations on program status and milestones to Leadership
• Mandatory Skills:

• Must have 8+ years of experience in IT industry
• Development Background would be a big plus
• Certified Scrum Master with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience
• Should have Very good understanding of Business as well as technical terminologies
• Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role in managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and build strong relationships
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
• Proficiency in project management tools and software like JIRA and Azure DevOps. etc
• A problem-Solving mindset and ability to work in matrixed organization
