As a Customer Service Associate in our International Voice Process, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service to our global clientele.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email in a courteous and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information and assistance regarding products, services, billing, and other queries.
• Identify and escalate priority issues per client specifications.
• Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide a memorable experience during every interaction.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Prior customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as per business requirements.
• Minimum educational qualification: Graduation (any stream).
