XB DEX defines, builds, launches and manages customer-facing delivery programs and the customer experience features presented to millions of customers every day from Search through Checkout. Team also owns the cross-border ship options, associated speeds and pricing we offer, and the underlying systems required to deliver this experience.

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Program Manager to join Cross Border Delivery Experience team. We are committed to provide coaching to help develop your skills.

Key job responsibilities

This position will own a program that will impact millions of customers globally. The scope of this role is to work with multiple cross functional teams and drive decisions that improve the delivery experience that we offer to our Amazon Exports customers.
To do so: -
  1. Drive team initiatives with the goals of defining the delivery experience bar for our customers, building the framework to illuminate internal and external capabilities, and driving decisions about how to respond to insights.
  2. Metrics Management: Review weekly metrics, deep dive drivers for fluctuations & configure change in internal tools.
  3. Successful candidates will have a history of diving deep, learn and be curious, and ownership.
  4. DEX SIM management: Update SIM intakes folder, host weekly stand-up to lock-in priorities, ensure SIMs are kept up-to-date (both status and stakeholder communication within SIM), and distribute locked-in sprint via email.
  5. Ship Rate Management: Update shipping rates and manage over 200 lanes for both Core Exports and non-Prime Global Stores in order to maintain profitability.
A day in the life
  1. Maintain KPIs and metrics, reporting, and develop roadmaps and scalable programmatic initiatives to improve them.
  2. Work closely and in detail with Business partners to identify and close high priority gaps in DEX metrics and continuous improvement processes.
  3. Deep dive processes and programs to identify and action on root causes.
  4. Work backwards from customer feedback to deliver a best-in-class cross-border shopping experience.

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Program Manager to join Cross-Border Delivery Experience team. We are committed to provide coaching to help develop your skills.- 2+ years of program or project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams- Preferably in engineering, supply chain management, systems management, business or related areas.
