Position Title: Manager HRBPLocation : Hyderabad
Madatory : Hindi Speaking
Responsibilities- Ensure implementation and application of HR policies and represent the needs of Celanese with COE teams
- Provide HR perspectives on business strategies and work with management to proactively identify areas of improvement related to human capital and business needs
- Act as a change agent in initiatives including but not limited to organizational design, succession planning, talent management, industrial relations, M&A projects and productivity
- Identify services needed from CoE at country level and ensure desired service delivery model been utilized appropriately; funnel feedback to regional/global HR with any issues in implementing service delivery model or areas for improvement
- Support managers in HR related activities requiring in-person presence (such as employee and labor relation issues, disciplinary activities, termination, etc.)
- Establish objectives for responsible area and implement cost control
- Be responsible for coaching and development of managers and team members
- Bachelor's degree
- 10 to 20 years of experience in HR or related field
- Ability to create and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization
- Business acumen
- Experience working with regional/global organizations and bring in global perspectives
- Experience in M&A projects
- Knowledge of general business trends within the chemicals industry
- Decision-making and judgment
