Enable the achievement of the Celanese Vision and Objectives in the organization. Support and influence culture and climate, and coach managers to become excellent leaders.Deliver comprehensive HR programs, initiatives, and solutions to enable successful execution of business strategies with high levels of employee engagement and fully compliance

Madatory : Hindi Speaking

• Ensure implementation and application of HR policies and represent the needs of Celanese with COE teams
• Provide HR perspectives on business strategies and work with management to proactively identify areas of improvement related to human capital and business needs
• Act as a change agent in initiatives including but not limited to organizational design, succession planning, talent management, industrial relations, M&A projects and productivity
• Identify services needed from CoE at country level and ensure desired service delivery model been utilized appropriately; funnel feedback to regional/global HR with any issues in implementing service delivery model or areas for improvement
• Support managers in HR related activities requiring in-person presence (such as employee and labor relation issues, disciplinary activities, termination, etc.)
• Establish objectives for responsible area and implement cost control
• Be responsible for coaching and development of managers and team members

• Bachelor's degree
• 10 to 20 years of experience in HR or related field

• Ability to create and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization
• Business acumen
• Experience working with regional/global organizations and bring in global perspectives
• Experience in M&A projects
• Knowledge of general business trends within the chemicals industry
• Decision-making and judgment
