About The Role

The Head of Talent Acquisition will lead the talent acquisition strategy and execution for the organization. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and refining strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent across all levels of the organization.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, and team leadership. They will work closely with senior leadership to ensure that the talent acquisition strategy aligns with the overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and growth plans.
  • Identify and implement best practices to streamline recruitment processes and reduce time-to-fill metrics.
  • Leverage data analytics to monitor recruitment trends, assess talent gaps, and forecast future hiring needs.
  • Design innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pools.
Recruitment Operations
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding.
  • Implement and optimize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Work closely with the Compensation and Benefits team to develop competitive job offers and compensation packages.
  • Lead the negotiation process with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience while maintaining internal equity.
  • Develop and manage the talent acquisition budget, ensuring cost-effective recruitment practices.
  • Regularly track and analyze key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present recruitment reports and insights to senior leadership.
Leadership And Team Management
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team, including recruiters, sourcing specialists, and coordinators.
  • Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
Employer Branding
  • Enhance the organization's employer brand by creating and executing employer branding campaigns that attract top talent.
  • Partner with Marketing and Communications teams to develop compelling content and leverage social media and other platforms to promote the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and conferences to build a strong employer brand presence.
Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to understand their talent needs and provide strategic advice on workforce planning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights and recommendations on candidate selection, interview techniques, and market trends.
What are we looking for
  • Qualification: Graduation in any domain.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse, and intense environment.
  • Creative, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
