What you will do:

Associate Director, Enterprise Software (India) is responsible for the proactive identification, engagement, closure, and strategic management of software and solution sales of our innovative eProcurement and Supply Chain solutions within our target markets.

This will involve prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing solution opportunities for new and existing GEP customers. You will establish and manage executive relationships and maximize penetration of GEP products to these accounts, contributing significantly to our ambition to grow GEP as the emerging solution provider of choice in this market.

  • Strategize, plan, and execute territory and account plans within assigned territory.
  • Responsible for driving software revenue within target large enterprises to achieve and/or exceed revenue quota
  • Be a trusted advisor to key customer stakeholders to build relationships and customer success
  • Engage with C-level prospects to position GEP Worldwide’s enterprise value proposition and drive deals to closure
  • Team with Marketing to create and execute marketing campaigns and events to increase demand and brand awareness
  • Partner with Sales Engineering and Professional Services to close deals, increase revenue, and solution adoption
  • Work with our Alliance and Reseller Partners to drive sales and increase customer base in assigned territory.

What you should bring:

  • Have at least 8-15 years of Direct sales experience in the software industry (SaaS Sales) and a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
  • Ability to navigate complex sales engagements, manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and close large deals
  • Proven success at selling technology and SaaS solutions to Fortune 500 companies
  • Organized and specific experience with enterprise account planning
  • Have high ethics, integrity, independence, and self-motivated
  • Passionate, Consultative, and Great at building relationships both internally and externally
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Must Have
  • Experience in selling eProcurement or ERP/Supply Chain Solutions, Sourcing or Contract Lifecycle Management, Procure to Pay (P2P), Spend Management or Source to Pay Solutions (S2P)
  • And/Or Experience in selling SaaS Applications
