Job Description
Work closely with sales and solution teams, subject matter experts and marketing to build and maintain the written materials repository used in sales pursuits
Accountable for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, that deliver sales and customer retention.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal business development teams and support them in varied content related requests and projects
Collaborates across functions and silos to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet the business objectives at the lowest possible cost
This role requires a brand publisher mindset: the create the content our audience is looking for and then optimize the path to conversion
Editorial requirements include basic SEO understanding, content categorization and structure, content development, distribution and measurement. Development of editorial governance so content is consistent with our brand voice, style and tone.
Editorial calendar and organization workflows must be developed and managed. Measurement and optimization of the program will be required on a regular and ongoing basis
Executive presentations on the program approaches and results will be required Support the knowledge management process
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal business development teams
Required Skills
Very good writing and communication skills (English)
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Detail oriented
Flexible attitude and the ability to work largely on your own initiative
High degree of comfort working in virtual, cross-functional, multi-cultural teams
Experience working on proposals
