• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Assist the sales team in identifying potential customers interested in EcoSoch's solar products and services through prospecting, lead generation, and qualification activities.
• Customer Inquiries: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, including phone calls, emails, and website inquiries, providing accurate and timely information about EcoSoch's offerings, pricing, and service capabilities.
• Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings, appointments, and product demonstrations with prospective customers in coordination with the sales team, ensuring all necessary materials and resources are prepared and available.
• Sales Documentation: Prepare and distribute sales-related documents, including proposals, contracts, and presentations, in collaboration with the sales team to support the sales process and facilitate deal closure.
• CRM Management: Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and CRM systems with relevant information, including contact details, interactions, and sales activities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data for reporting and analysis.
• Customer Follow-Up: Follow up with customers after sales meetings or demonstrations to gather feedback, address any concerns or questions, and provide additional information as needed to move the sales process forward.
• Marketing Campaign Support: Assist in the preparation and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to generate leads and support sales initiatives, including coordinating logistics, preparing promotional materials, and tracking campaign performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer support, to ensure alignment of sales activities with overall business objectives and provide support as needed to achieve sales targets.
• Product and Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about EcoSoch's products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions and benefits to customers, supporting sales efforts with relevant knowledge and insights.
• Customer Liaison: Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to facilitate communication and ensure customer needs are addressed promptly and effectively, contributing to overall customer satisfaction and retention.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales databases.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of renewable energy and solar products is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
