We are hiring a Clinic Receptionist for this venture who will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. This role involves appointment scheduling, patient coordination, handling phone inquiries, and general administrative tasks to support smooth clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist patients with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with doctors and medical staff.
  • Answer phone calls, provide information, and handle patient inquiries with professional phone etiquette.
  • Maintain and update patient records and clinic databases.
  • Understanding of billing, payments, and insurance documentation as needed.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and patient-friendly.
  • Handle general admin office tasks, including filing and correspondence etc
  • Follow medical terminology and protocols for patient confidentiality and compliance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5- 8years of experience as a receptionist in a clinical setting or roles at esteemed establishments such as ITC Hotels, Taj Hotels, or other leading luxury hotel chains is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff.
  • Proficiency in appointment scheduling software and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures is a plus.
  • A warm, professional, and patient-friendly attitude.
