Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Trainee with 0-0.6 years of experience to manage and enhance our clients social media pages. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, developing, and implementing social media strategies to drive engagement, increase reach, and foster positive relationships with our clients audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, curate, and publish engaging content (text, image, and video) across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Monitor social media channels for client mentions, comments, and direct messages; respond promptly and professionally.
• Assist in creating and managing social media calendars, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
• Analyze social media metrics to track and report on the performance of posts, campaigns, and engagement levels.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visually appealing graphics and videos.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to improve strategies.
• Engage with followers and respond to queries promptly to foster community engagement.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure social media content aligns with their brand voice and objectives.
• Assist in running paid social media campaigns to boost reach and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 0-0.6 year of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics).
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
