Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced A2P SMS + CPaaS Enetrprise Sales Manager with minimum 3 year of experience in sales or a related field. This role involves supporting our sales team in generating leads, managing accounts, and driving growth in the India domestic market.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potentialclients;Conduct business correspondence and commercial negotiations;
Prepare technical and commercial proposals and sign contracts;
Maintain and grow client relationships;
Monitor market needs and analyze competitors;
Achieve individual sales targets;
Participate in industry events;
Generate a consistent flow of high-quality, qualified leads through various channels, including outbound prospecting (primarily), inbound enquiries, and email & LinkedIn campaigns
Requirements:
3+ years of sales experience in A2P SMS + CPaaS
English proficiency is a MUST.
Must be a go-getter
Professional phone and cold calling skills
Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3 year of experience in CPaaS industry knowledge and experience, highly preferred.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of A2P SMS technology and industry trends is advantageous.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
