Job Description

Primary Purpose of the Role

Responsible for delivering yearly sales number, setting up the RTM, delivering profit and market share ambitions by improved sales force effectiveness, sound RTM and implementation of on-ground activations. The person would also be responsible for handling trade and customer relations, market expansion and drive revenue growth.

Key Tasks & Accountabilities
  • Develop new markets to achieve growth targets
  • Set up the RTM for the region and appoint new Superstockist and distributors
  • Build regional level trade marketing plans to ensure ABI has strong visibility in trade and category.
  • Ensuring to continue the digitization of the entire sales work by implementing SFAs, DMS.
  • Planning and forecasting of regional numbers on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
  • Ensuring optimum distribution and identifying markets to increase distribution of ABInBev brands
  • Ensuring profitability delivery for the regional P&L
  • Proper utilization of the trade assets
  • Handle relation with customers and trade
  • Develop and execute effective outlet execution along with the Trade Marketing team

Required Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

Education & Experience
  • Ideal Post Graduation (MBA in Sales and Marketing from premium B-School) with 7 - 15 years experience (at least 3 years in leadership position handling teams)
  • Superior knowledge and familiarity of market, customers and general trade channel
