Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Specialist who will craft compelling content, drive brand engagement and build relationships with SMB audiences through social media, thought leadership and targeted outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media Management- Develop and execute social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram and other relevant B2B platforms.
- Create engaging content (text, graphics and video) that resonates with SMB audiences.
- Publish customer success stories, case studies and testimonials to showcase Printo's value.
- Work closely with the designer to ensure visually compelling and high-performing content.
- Thought Leadership & B2B Engagement
- Engage in industry forums, groups and B2B communities (NASSCOM, TiE, LinkedIn groups) to expand Printo's visibility
- Develop long-form content (blogs, articles, whitepapers) to establish Printo as an SMB thought leader
- Collaborate with partner brands for co-branded content and marketing initiatives
- Assist in developing marketing assets for retail stores ensuring brand consistency
- Support offline activations (flyers, event materials, promotional assets)
- Work with the Retention Manager to create WhatsApp and email marketing content for repeat customers
- Develop educational content on Printo's offerings (how-to guides, FAQs, use cases for SMBs)
Key Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of experience in content marketing, social media or brand storytelling- Strong copywriting and creative skills, especially for B2B and SMB audiences
- Experience with LinkedIn marketing, community engagement and outreach
- Ability to track content performance and optimize based on data insights
