The job responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Generating RFQ from existing customer base through regular connect and maintaining strong
- Generating ideas for new customer acquisition, product proposals in new markets, etc.
- Competition mapping & market intelligence.
- Identifying new markets for penetration.
- Creating strategies for increasing market share.
- MIS preparation, analysis of financial MIS.
- Generating Weekly Profitability Reports in line with company process, analysing and taking
- Customer engagement.
- Analysing and delivering on commercials and working capital needs, other financial controls.
- Documentation related to Business Development, Quality, Commercials, Statutory, etc.
- Timely closure of customer complaints.
- Timely collection of outstanding.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Strong experience in New Business Development
- Preference to Plastic / Polymer / EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) experience background
Preferred Years of Relevant Experience: 5 10
Preferred Age: 30 - 40 years
