a)Qualifications
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree ( 4 year), MBA , Masters would be preferred
b)Work Experience
Min. 2-3 years of previous experience in marketing research is needed. Maximum 10 years of experience- Key Responsibilities:
Create collaboration with academic and research institutes to generate digital IPR for MSIL from sponsored research.
To explore partnerships, projects with academia, research institutes, etc. which can help enhance company competitiveness & profitability
Identify technologies which can be converted into business models / applications.
Research product information across different categories to facilitate project, ideate new content types through brainstorming sessions with your peers, seniors, etc., Conduct market and competitor analysis across various segments
Identification of the real needs and opportunities of research that would lead for call for research proposals
Ability to collaborate with external agency partners to support the business in conducting consumer research from an end-to-end perspective.
Present the findings to management in the form of MS Excel or PowerPoint Presentation, write various types of short form content
Report and escalate relevant issues to management which could hamper timely completion of pre-decided research timeline and budget
Foster projects based on real market demands with genuine business acceleration.
To plan, design and implement consumer research studies as per agreed plans help design a business solution by analyzing and incorporating data from various research studies
Create an ecosystem with various user groups inside and outside the organization.
Ensures clear communication and interpretation of actionable research and consumer insights across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
Drive excellence in drawing insights from data and connecting knowledge bases
Analytics and measurement capabilities using multiple data sources, use of statistical tools and models will be an added advantage
Mobilize research on key regulations that hampers or stimulates innovation and research.
Conduct an annual conference for identifying key research areas in mobility sector
Conduct workshops as discussion forums to build awareness among educational institutes on mobility sector research to drive participation from institutes- BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES
