Human Resources Internship (3 months)
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This internship opportunity is designed to provide hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of Human Resources. As an HR Intern, you will work closely with the HR team to support various HR functions and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Assist in maintaining employee records & databases.
Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs and workshops.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
