Job Title: Telecaller Location: SR Nagar, Hyderabad Job Type: Full-Time Job Description:We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated Telecaller to join our team in SR Nagar, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Telugu and preferably Hindi (not mandatory).
This role involves making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring excellent service delivery. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our services. Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow up on leads. Work towards achieving daily and monthly targets. Provide excellent customer service and build a strong rapport with clients. Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude while handling calls.
Requirements: Fluency in Telugu is mandatory; Hindi is preferred but not required. Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
