KRAs:
- Effective coordination with multiple stakeholders i.e. distributors/sub-brokers, end-clients & the insurance companies to resolve any query & grievance
- Assist customers understand their insurance needs & recommend products that best suit them. Showcase various health policies and give correct advice on inclusions and exclusions, explain value-add of having certain add-ons or inclusions, explaining benefit of top-up's, overall benefits and missed, provide best quotes etc.
- Provide proper recommendation and detailed comparison of insurance policies
- Liaising with companies to negotiate competitive insurance premiums
- Provide ongoing support to clients, answering questions and resolving issues, process purchase applications
- Scrutinise policy documents for correctness & ensure all clauses are incorporated (as requested by clients)
- Ensuring high persistency
- Maintain & Update Sales MIS/Lead Tracker
- Provide Renewal Support & Customer Retention
Other Requirements:
- Certification/Diploma from Insurance Institute of India is preferred
- Prior experience in insurance sales
- Deep knowledge of Multiple insurance product, policies & regulations
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to prepare and maintain MIS reports with accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain insurance policy terms, clarify client queries, and coordinate with TPAs and insurance companies
