Area Business Manager - Loan (4-12 yrs)

Business Loan Service etc. based in Mumbai, India.We are looking for Area Business Manager for Multiple locations.

Responsibilities:

1. Sales Leadership:

• Lead the sales team in generating business for Secured Business Loans / LAP through direct sourcing.
• Achieve sales targets by building and expanding the customer base in the assigned territory.

1. Team Management:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of Relationship Managers.
• Monitor the team's performance to ensure quality service delivery and achievement of business goals.

1. Business Development:

• Build and strengthen the sales and distribution network in the assigned territory.
• Develop strategies for market penetration and customer acquisition.

1. Loan Management:

• Oversee the entire loan process, from lead generation to the disbursement of loans.
• Ensure timely follow-ups, documentation, and communication with clients.

1. Process Synergy:

• Collaborate with the credit and operations teams to streamline processes and ensure efficient business operations.
• Facilitate smooth coordination between sales, credit, and operations to maximize business outcomes.

1. Compliance and Quality:

• Ensure that all sales activities comply with internal and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• 4+ years of experience in sales of Secured Business Loans / LAP.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Age below 35 years.
