Project Manager
Take full responsibility for efficiently managing online data collection projects across multiple accounts while maintaining and fostering positive relationships with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
Requirements
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Independently manage multiple research projects at various stages, from initial sale to final delivery, with minimal supervision, ensuring flawless execution.
o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
o Review and assess project specifications and research designs for fielding and data collection.
o Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates, recommendations, and escalating issues to senior staff when necessary.
o Efficiently utilize Sago systems throughout the project's lifecycle.
o Collaborate with clients to provide timely progress updates.
o Deploy samples, coordinate with vendors, and monitor the field to ensure timely completion of required quotas, including managing reprovals, quota reports, and field reports.
o Respond promptly to unexpected or urgent issues, managing resolutions and escalating as needed.
o Validate and prepare data deliveries to meet client expectations.
o Ensure timely delivery of high-quality data while maintaining project margins.
o Build and nurture successful client relationships.
o Adhere to company SOPs.
o Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Experience:
o Must have 0-1.5 years of experience working in a market research environment or combined PM experience.
o Experience with research design, reporting, data analysis, international data collection, multi- mode methodology, is a plus.
Computer Skills:
o Experience in DIY survey tools and/or panel software usage is a plus
