• Job Summary:

This role requires someone who has experience in a startup environment and is ready to take on more responsibilities, including leading a development team and managing projects.

• Key Responsibilities:

• API Development: Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end interfaces.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve performance issues and bugs efficiently.

• Leadership: Provide constructive feedback to peers and mentor junior developers. Innovation: Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
• Required Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 2.5 to 3 years as a Full Stack Developer.
• Technical Skills:

• Strong experience with Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, Git, Webpack, Babel, NPM.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to manage a team, lead projects, and collaborate effectively with product managers and other stakeholders.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of industry trends, best practices, and change management.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
