Program Manager (I3)
What You'll Do:
A Project Manager is required to support the Senior Project Manager by coordinating project activities, conducting simple analysis tasks, manage small project schedules, arranging assignments, communicating progress, and analyzing basic risks.
For this role, you will work with colleagues across various teams and locations. You will work with offices across the world, so a flexible working schedule is a requirement. You will report to Director Technical Program Management.
What Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Day-to-day assistance to the Senior Project Manager in the delivery of projects.
- Work across multiple projects, gradually transitioning to lead these projects.
- Delivering to time, quality, and cost.
- Schedule regular project meetings and record decisions (e.g., assigned tasks and next steps).
- Break projects into manageable tasks and set timeframes and goals.
- Create and update workflows, and other business analyses.
- Conduct risk analyses, and other project documentation.
- Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Monitor activity progress and address potential issues.
- Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
- Measure and report on project performance.
- Act as the point of contact for all participants on smaller projects.
What You'll Need to be Successful:
Essential- Minimum 2 years of related experience
- Knowledge of the full project management lifecycle.
- Demonstrable ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and conflicting priorities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially Excel.
- Work experience as a junior Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Business Analyst, or similar roles.
- Hands-on experience with flowcharts, business analysis documentation, and project documentation.
- Experience with project management software, flowcharting software, and SalesForce.
- Project certification (e.g. PRINCE2), business improvement certification (e.g. Six Sigma or Lean), or other appropriate professional certification.
- Exposure to the SaaS industry.
