IAM Security Test Manager

Job Description

The role involves overseeing test management activities, developing test strategies, designing test scopes, and providing in-depth analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IAM security testing efforts for enterprise-level applications.
• Develop comprehensive test strategies, test designs, and test scope for IAM solutions.
• Create and manage test estimates, plans, and test summary reports.
• Perform functional QA testing for enterprise-level IAM applications.
• Ensure compliance with security standards such as RBAC, automated approval processes, attestation, recertification, and separation of duties.
• Work closely with stakeholders to manage test-related activities, provide clear communication, and handle issue escalations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IAM trends and best practices in security testing.

Mandatory Skills:

• Expertise in IAM security testing with a deep understanding of information security concepts.
• Strong experience in test management activities such as test strategy, test design, defining test scope, test estimates, and summary report creation.
• Solid experience in functional QA testing of enterprise-level applications.
• Thorough knowledge of IAM concepts like self-service, automated approval processes, RBAC, attestation, separation of duties, and recertification.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to independently manage stakeholder relationships.
