Role Description This is a full

-time on-site Business Development Executive role at Link Organics.
You will be interacting with clients who are typically FMCG companies, exporters, and processors.

The role involves marketing and selling sustainably grown non-perishable agro commodities such as rice, spices, herbs, etc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective marketing and selling strategies to promote sustainably grown nonperishable agro commodities to drive sales growth.
  • Generate and manage leads to establish and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Effectively manage client accounts by building and maintaining strong relationships with FMCG companies, exporters, and processors to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and stakeholders to convey product value and resolve queries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements and deliver on business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven skills in new business development and lead generation.
  • Prior experience in business and account management is a plus.
  • Relevant experience of 1-2 years in the organic food ingredients or agro commodities industry is an added advantage.
Skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build and sustain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Basics of Ms-Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
