Identify and qualify leads based on business needs and interest. Maintain a database of prospective customers and update CRM tools. 2. Customer Interaction & Sales Support: Provide information on IT services, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and software solutions.
Handle inbound queries, resolve basic customer concerns, and escalate technical issues to the sales or support team. Explain key features, benefits, and pricing models of IT products and services. 3. Appointment Scheduling & Follow-Ups: Schedule meetings, demos, or calls between potential clients and sales representatives.
Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and increase conversion rates. Send emails, proposals, and marketing materials to interested clients. 4. Data Management & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of calls, customer responses, and lead progress.
Generate reports on lead status, call performance, and customer feedback. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
