The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with Tally software, and expertise in bookkeeping, GST, and TDS filing. As a Tally Accountant, you will be responsible for recording financial transactions, preparing reports, reconciling accounts, and assisting with audits while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities: ✅ Financial Accounting & Bookkeeping: Maintain daily accounting entries and general ledger records in Tally. Record sales, purchases, expenses, and journal entries accurately. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
✅ GST, TDS & Tax Compliance: Handle GST calculations, returns, and filings. Ensure TDS deductions and timely tax payments. Assist in income tax return preparation and audits. ✅ Banking & Reconciliations: Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Process vendor payments, invoices, and employee salaries. Maintain records of accounts payable and receivable. ✅ Financial Reporting & MIS: Generate profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports. Assist in budget preparation and cost management.
Provide financial data analysis and reporting for management. ✅ Coordination & Audits: Work with auditors, tax consultants, and finance teams for compliance. Ensure timely submission of financial reports.
