About The Role
As a Customer Success Intern, you will be responsible for assisting the team in onboarding, engaging, and retaining our customers while ensuring they have a seamless experience with our AI-powered platform. This role provides hands-on experience in customer relationship management, onboarding, and project execution in a dynamic, fast-paced SaaS environment.
This is a 5-day work-from-office role in the US shift (06 PM - 03 AM).
Key Responsibilities- Customer Onboarding & Engagement: Assist in guiding new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth setup and adoption of our AI-powered tools.
- Customer Relationship Management: Act as the first point of contact for customer queries, troubleshooting issues, and escalating when necessary.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze customer feedback and usage trends to suggest improvements for enhanced customer experience.
- Process Improvement: Support the Customer Success team in streamlining workflows and improving client communications.
- Renewals & Upsells: Identify customer needs and share insights with the sales team for upsell opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to align customer success strategies.
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor&aposs or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Technology or a related field.
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to engage and support US-based customers.
- Passion for customer success and relationship management in a SaaS-based B2B environment.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success platforms (Gainsight, Rocketlane) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in a US shift (06 PM - 03 AM) from our Gurgaon office.
