We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify, attract, and hire top talent for our organization. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and recommend candidates to hiring managers.
Manage recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.).
Continuously improve the recruitment process and employer brand.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition/recruiting.
Strong Sourcing Skills And Experience With ATS Tools.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
