Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles. This individual will be responsible for various financial tasks, including but not limited to, maintaining financial records, processing invoices, reconciling bank statements, and assisting with financial reports.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, payments, and transactions.
• Prepare and process invoices, bills, and bank deposits accurately and in a timely manner.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements.
• Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure timely payments and collections.
• Provide support during audits and financial inspections.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial compliance and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
