The candidate should be a quick learner and have the ability to adapt to changing situations.

• Lead and manage a team of associates to achieve their goals and meet the company's objectives
• Provide training and guidance to team members as needed
• Ensure the team is meeting their performance targets
• Monitor and report on team performance to senior management
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication
• Identify areas for improvement in team processes and work with team members to implement changes

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• 0-1 years of experience in team management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
