Pre Sales Consultant
Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Presales Consultant to join our team. This role involves working closely with the sales and product teams to understand client needs, demonstrate product capabilities, and ensure seamless implementation of our SaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and tailor SaaS solutions accordingly.
- Conduct product demonstrations, webinars, and presentations for potential clients.
- Develop and deliver technical proposals, RFPs, and solution documents.
- Engage with prospects to address technical queries and provide consultative solutions.
- Work with product and engineering teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and product roadmap.
- Assist in creating sales enablement materials, case studies, and whitepapers.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings to provide strategic insights.
- 3-7 years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, or Technical Sales in a SaaS-based environment.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, cloud computing, and enterprise software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise SaaS solutions is a plus.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple business terms.
- Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM platforms is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
