Role:
Are you a person who loves conducting investigations and resolving problems We are looking for a vibrant candidate to join our team and help with working and resolution of compliance cases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor&aposs Degree (Law preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in handling compliance cases
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical and reasoning skills
- Strong report writing skills
- Able to handle stressful situations
- Ability to work independently within a team-based environment
- Exceptional problem-solving skills under ambiguous circumstances to ensure you provide the best outcome while maintaining integrity
- Fluent in English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office and Google docs.
- Knowledge of Zendesk ticketing system preferred.
Main Responsibilities:
- Initiating investigation of any compliance issue reported.
- Perform thorough checks of client in questions based on the provided guidelines
- Collaborate with different teams to identify the root cause
- Give regular updates about cases to the team
- Present report to the committee for final decision
- Ability to close the case in the given timeline.
- Monitor performance of the high risk clients.
