Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Account Executive to manage client relationships, oversee digital marketing campaigns, and ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses strong communication skills, and has experience in client servicing within a digital marketing agency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business goals and marketing needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing strategic guidance and regular updates on campaign performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams (designers, copywriters, strategists, and media buyers) to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Prepare and present reports, proposals, and performance reviews to clients.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects, meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in account management or client servicing in a digital marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and reporting.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
