Job Summary:

Anwentec Innovation Pvt Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Hitech City, Hyderabad. If you're passionate about the Edutech sector and eager to start or grow your career in business development, this is an excellent opportunity.

You will work closely with the counselling team to engage potential clients, build strong relationships, and drive the sales process to expand our Edutech solutions across educational institutions, schools, and training centers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
  • Identify potential business opportunities within the Edutech sector.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and online research.
  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline through CRM systems.
  1. Client Consultation & Relationship Building:
  • Engage with educational institutions, schools, and training centers to understand their needs.
  • Provide basic consultations, offering tailored educational technology solutions.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients.
  1. Sales & Revenue Generation:
  • Assist in managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Work towards meeting sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
  • Collaborate with the counselling and sales teams to ensure effective service delivery.
  1. Market Research & Trend Analysis:
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in the Edutech industry and competitive landscape.
  • Share insights on market needs and customer demands to guide business strategies.
  1. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and counselling teams to develop solutions tailored to clients' needs.
  • Provide feedback on client requirements and help improve the company's offerings.
  1. Reporting & Documentation:
  • Prepare basic reports on sales activities, market research, and client feedback.
  • Document client interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Any graduate (Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field is preferred).
  • Experience: 0-1+ years in business development, sales, or customer service (freshers are welcome to apply).
  • Strong interest in Edutech and educational technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (experience with Salesforce is a plus).
