Job Description
Pre-Sales- Conduct quality product training and technical guidance to customer to resolve technical problems (both software & hardware)
- Build quality relationship with customers and managers
- Provide in house technical support to sales staff
- Leading the design of the program for the customer
- Constantly collect and feedback on customers and market's demand toward company's products
- Product related testing as per customer application requirement
- After-sales technical support (training, maintenance, hands-on repair, remote support)
- Feedback product related issues to research and development personnel for improvement
- Summarize issues and organize them into technical questions on reporting
- Develop and produce quality guidelines materials as per customer requirement
- Good written and spoken communication skills, be able to report to supervisor in oversea
- Support focus mind, capable to solve /simplify customer challenges
- Willing to learn and patience when dealing with tight timelines
- Good analytic thinking and ability of solving the technical problems
- Must be friendly, energetic, passionate independently
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Computer/IT/Software/ Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent is required
- Understand coding is a must. Be able to do programming will be a bonus
- Technical competency in android POS or any relevant experience will be a bonus
- Must have IT knowledge and hand-on person
- Well-disciplined and have attitude to learn new syste
