This role is fundamental in establishing F Bar as a premier dining destination in the region, highlighting the importance of brand management, guest relations, and financial performance within the restaurant framework.

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Manage all aspects of profitability, including budget preparation and oversight.
• Implement effective marketing strategies to enhance the restaurant's visibility and customer base.
• Lead and train the restaurant team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Monitor service standards to guarantee exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain inventory levels and manage supplier relationships to optimize costs.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff, setting clear goals and providing feedback.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to refine menus and enhance food quality.
• Respond effectively to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration preferred.
