Note: This is not a salary based job. Incentives upto 45k will be provided for sure.

Only those apply, who can work on both IT and BPO recruitments simultaneously.

Those who wants to work only on IT requirements must not apply Those who are already working must not apply. Candidates will have to sign a 3 months contract.

## Position: Recruiter

### Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for both IT and BPO roles.
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely follow-ups.

### Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment (IT and BPO preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

### Incentives:
