Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing/Business Development Executive
with 3-5 years of experience in marketing and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have
expertise in email marketing tools, the ability to generate high-quality leads, and exceptional
communication skills. This role is crucial in identifying new business opportunities, building
client relationships, and driving company growth through effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Email Marketing:
o Plan, create, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns using tools like
HubSpot, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar platforms.
o Design and optimize email templates, manage mailing lists, and track
campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI.
o Collaborate with the content team to craft compelling email copy, newsletters,and marketing materials.
- Lead Generation:
o Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads through
online and offline channels.
o Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, and
networking.
o Build and manage a pipeline of prospects to achieve business targets.
o Monitor lead conversion metrics and continuously optimize campaigns for
better performance.- Client Relationship Management:
o Engage with potential clients through email, calls, and meetings to understand
their needs and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
o Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
and referrals.
o Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.- Market Research and Analysis:
o Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and
competitive strategies.
o Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify
opportunities for improving marketing efforts.
o Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable
insights for improvement.- Collaboration and Campaign Management:
o Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and
achieve goals.
o Coordinate with internal stakeholders to create effective sales materials and
proposals.
o Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in email marketing tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or
others.
Strong analytical skills with knowledge of performance tracking and reporting tools
(e.g., Google Analytics).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of marketing principles.
Familiarity with CRM tools and B2B marketing strategies is a plus.
