Key Responsibilities:

• Marketplace Management: Oversee and optimize brand performance across leading marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and more.
• Team Leadership: Manage and guide cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and brand success.
• Brand Growth Strategy: Develop and execute growth strategies to scale brands and maximize visibility in the market.
• Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth through strategic decision-making, operational excellence, and marketplace optimization.
• Marketing & Social Media Understanding: Work closely with marketing teams to implement data-driven strategies across digital platforms for increased brand reach and customer engagement.
• Strategy Building: Collaborate with leadership to build scalable, effective, and long-term strategies that contribute to overall business growth.

Compensation:

• Fixed Salary: Up to 6 LPA
• Variable Compensation: Up to 4 LPA (uncapped - the more you achieve, the more you earn!)
• Total CTC: Up to 10 LPA
• Revenue Share Model: We believe in rewarding performance with no cap on variable pay your efforts directly impact your earnings and career progression.
