The Incumbent would be supporting growing business operations of Honeywell India from a Trade Compliance Perspective. Good Domain knowledge in Export and Import Customs Operations / Trade and Various Export Incentive Compliance matters like HS/HTS Classification, Duty Drawback, Free trade Agreement, Obtaining Incentives on Exports.Looking for Analytical / Strategic / Digital minds to solve complex business transaction within the purview of Legal regulations.
The Incumbent should have good oral and written Communication skills and interpersonal skills as he/she must interact with Business leaders and Functional leaders and provide Trade Compliance guidance and support Business operations with required Compliances.
Following are the Roles and Responsibilities:
oShould be able to understand all the compliance requirements for EOU / SEZ and DTA
oSubmission of Statutory Report related to EOU & SEZ
oPreparation of Application and Obtaining AEO Status
oRenewal of RCMC's, updating of IEC, get Status Holder Certificates.
oObtaining Incentives from the Government
oObtain Duty Draw Back and its compliances.
oSupport in getting the COO.
oProject Exports Compliances
oWell versed with pre & post export shipment documents (Project, Regular, LC, Merchant Trade etc).
oUpdate MIS as per management requirements
oGood knowledge of re-export shipment procedure
oKnowledge on Trade Sanctions and adhere to the regulations.
oRepresent with Government Departments for any Litigations Closures about the compliance operations.
oSupport in Audits Internal and External (From Government offices) with regard to Trade Compliance.
Essential Skills -
.Good Knowledge on Free trade agreement to review the applicability and support business with the FTA.
.Know the various programs under the Foreign Trade Policy and Procedures.
.Review and have SOP's updated to ensure Trade Compliance regulations are captured and can be used as ready reckoner.
.Support Post Clearance Customs audit for the Site and ensure all documents are reviewed and Submitted on time.
.Knowledge of ERP or SAP preferred. Good Analytical skills with flair for Digitization and MIS reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI etc.
Educational Qualification:
.Any Degree with International Trade or any certification on logistics or law preferred ..
Years of Experience:
.Minimum 7-10 Years.
