Role Description
The Customer Experience Specialist will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer journey, from handling customer calls and following up with them regularly, to resolving issues and collecting feedback to improve overall customer satisfaction.Logistics and order management will also be a part of the role.
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Experience Specialist at Ecomous in Hyderabad.
Qualifications- Excellent customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively
- Ability to collect, analyze, and act on customer feedback
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to grasp logistics and order management
- Attention to detail and ability to work well in a team
- Previous experience in a customer service or logistics role is a plus
Strong fluency in English & Hindi is a pre-requisite!
