Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Design and Sales Consultant to join our team. This role requires a combination of technical design expertise and strong client communication skills to bring innovative solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and develop design plans tailored to each client's unique space.

Collaborate with clients and their teams to fully understand their vision and requirements.

Identify and resolve conflicts between client preferences and the functional aspects of design.

Create and present 3D models of buildings or spaces to showcase design concepts.

Develop detailed floor plans to integrate new designs seamlessly into existing spaces.

Conduct client meetings to discuss budget, design requirements, and project timelines.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Hands-on experience with the latest design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar).

Strong ability to build cross-functional relationships and work with multiple teams.

Willingness to travel, if required.
