Job Description

The role also requires assisting with inventory, coordinating with the tailoring unit, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in the retail space. This is a full-time position open to both Male and Female candidates based in Central Bangalore, with a competitive remuneration package offered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers and help them select products

• Greet and receive customers in a welcoming manner

• Provide personalized customer service and ensure an outstanding retail experience

• Monitor product availability levels and replenish stocks for availability at all times

• Collect feedback and capture data from customer visits

• Process payments and alert management of potential security issues

• Coordinate and follow-up with the tailoring unit to maintain delivery timelines

• Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

• A passion for fashion and clothing, with product knowledge

• High energy level and dependability

• Job knowledge and a willingness to learn

• Salary Offered: 18,
• 00 - 36,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Weekend availability

Experience:

• Retail sales: 2 years (Preferred)
• Fashion Styling: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
