Role and Responsibilities:-
Inside Sales Associate acts as the first interface of Brick&Bolt. Customer Analysis and move leads (service request) forward in the conversion pipeline.
Owning and hitting/exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets within assigned leads.
Customer Engagement and Operations - Manages leads (Service Requests) and makes sure that customers are engaged throughout the sales life cycle.
Process Oriented - Data-centric in approach and come up with smart & efficient processes for amazing customer experience.
Tracking - Tracks each opportunity/lead (service request) and makes sure that the related tasks are accomplished on time.
Work with the Product team and provide the inputs to improve the interface, for better customer support and customer experience.
Required Qualifications & Skills:-
Minimum of 1-6 years of experience.
Energetic and passionate to do whatever it takes to creatively and effectively achieve your goals.
Experience and enthusiasts for engaging with customers, helping to create a culture that fosters perpetual improvement.
Fluent, and good communication skills.
Quick thinking and should be target-oriented.
Must know to communicate in Kannada/Telugu/Tamil/Hindi/Marathi.
Graduation is preferred.
Work From Office is Mandatory - Bangalore.
